Proposed intervention strategies are developed in an integrated manner a set of linked scenarios, creating an urban tapestry of resources connected by four specific circuits that ensure efficient access from the town of San Bartolomé to the new development north of town.

Nodes

Common scenarios of shared resources

These nodes are concentrated proposed uses and defines specific actions that empower and enable their optimal use. They become scenes of activity with a shared enjoyment through mechanisms of social cooperation.

Drifts

Specific connection circuits

The nature of these routes road corresponds to the proposed nature of the ecosystem, resulting in a range of interventions ranging from the pedestrian area at a total organic network of networks and anthropomorphic cyclists. The pedestrian connections are established through a democratic system of drift, so that it is himself who set and prioritize pedestrian paths on the carpet of textures, aromas and odors proposal for the new urban park.

Core

Sports facilities

The CORE intervention has its origin in urban typology of topographic space, recessed and protected, which is associated with the velodrome. Due to the strong trend of cycling practice on the islands, and the layout of the new cycle path that runs through the area in the North-South axis, it is understood that the insertion of the sports infrastructure to be the core of the proposed approach.

Doors

Construction hooked

To do this, building accessibility supported by the connecting circuitry, we propose a street circuit by producing urban DOORS transition to the new park areas of vacant lots, buildings rehabilitated or program changes. In these border areas specially designed types are inserted to support the location of the planned sports infrastructure (rehabilitation of housing for athletes) and actions aimed at strengthening space recycling the input character to the proposal.

Public housing development

Activated topography

The dwellings are emerging as a cutting operation and topographic survey of the platforms that host them. This provision allows pedestrian routes with gentle slopes that lead from the green zone and the street to the distribution corridors. Both parts, those  floored as well as those developed over the void of the courtyards, obey the same linear pattern of green areas.

The generation of high ground platforms (dwellings arrange under them), creates a landscape in the building itself in continuity with the green areas.

Patio homes

The dwellings have their main spaces in the courts, both in distribution and by visual relationships, so their climate conditions involve the whole. The main feature would be freshness, backed by lush vegetation, plus the presence of volcanic stone walls, which are intently covered with climbing plants and flowers as they occur in certain areas of the island.
