The overall layout of the buildings divided into two parts makes it possible to respect the areas of the PLQ and the central pedestrian walkway. Each building is composed of three volumes, different heights and offset in plan, so as to develop urban squares. The first, in the North, is a place of gathering around cafes and terraces. The second, to the south, provides a physical and visual transversal link, extended by a passage in the center of one of the buildings. This transversality is reinforced with the future footbridge which links Grand Morillon to the district of Budé.

The project skyline allows for a smooth transition between the future MSF building on Plot 5631 and the Grand Morillon Domain Park. The size of the project allows the creation of large panoramic rooftop terrace. Clearly located, they give a balcony on the public space and are connected to each other, allowing meetings, exchanges and social bond for students, while giving the necessary sense of security.
