As the site located in dense city center and the program is a commercial use, the publicity of the desing gets more crucial. Since the location of the design is very close to the main square of the town, open spaces do not take an important role in the proposal. But the semiopen public spaces can be the main idea.

The form of the proposal is simply shaped by carving a pentagon shape into a rectangular cube. The carved space meant to be the semiopen public space. Placing the commercial uses right around the careved space and having access from both outside and the inside brings more life into the building.

The program is simply distrubuted on the sectional dimension of the building. As the two basement floors hold the parking spaces, the first basement and the ground floor consist of commercial uses. And the floors above ground floor is to be offices. Finally, the top floor is for the educational purposes.
