The project is located on the shores of Lake Bolsena, Italy, and consists of two concrete slabs, one of which serves as a roof for the pilgrims’ living quarters in this sacred place, while the other is the new roof of the church. The pilgrims’ living spaces overlook internal courtyards, while a large public open space serves as an openair auditorium.
