The building intended to receive the habitants of a new district in a post-industrial site, our project fits into a multifaceted urban fabric.

Our proposal responds initially to the optimum layout of a public space characterized by accommodating several uses.

It is these uses that define the project. The three-part division of the program allows us to prioritize the needs of a building and to design a system that responds effectively to the functioning required by the program. Two pedestals designed to accommodate two public facilities and a nursery organize the public space.
In height, the primary school with its two playgrounds makes it possible to operate independently
