El Centro Cultural de Stjordal será un nodo importante, tanto a nivel local como en la región. El centro se convertirá en un lugar acogedor para todas las personas interesadas en la cultura de una manera u otra, un edificio donde la gente de todo tipo puede explorar y desarrollar sus habilidades y talento. Con su iglesia, el Centro Cultural funcionará como un lugar digno para todo tipo de ceremonias para los habitantes.
Además de esto, los visitantes en el hotel contribuirán a dinamizar la casa y el parque.
El proyecto se basa en la historia del lugar y la cultura. Al mismo tiempo, la arquitectura debe emitir su función moderna y el pulso del tiempo y lugar. El Centro será una plataforma para un concepto cultural amplio, una gran variedad de arte, danza, música, cine y otros medios de comunicación. El Centro Cultural de Stjordal debe convertirse en un lugar de inspiración que da la experiencia a los visitantes y las oportunidades para la visualización y desarrollo personal.
The Cultural Center of Stjordal will be an important node, both locally and in the region. The center will become an inviting place for all people interested in culture in one way or another; a building where people of all kinds can explore and develop their abilities and talent. With its church, the Cultural Center will function as a worthy venue for all kinds of ceremonies for the inhabitants. In addition to this, the visitors at the hotel will contribute to vitalize the house and the park.
The project is anchored in, and inspired by the place’s history and culture. At the same time the architecture should emit its modern function and the pulse of the time and place. The Center will be a platform for a wide cultural concept; a wide range of art, dance, music, film and other media. The Cultural Center of Stjordal should become an inspiring place that gives the visitors experiences and opportunities for personal display and development.
Stjørdal Kulturhus skal være et viktig møtested både lokalt i Stjørdal og regionalt for Midt Norge. En plass hvor alle kulturinteresserte har lyst til å komme, og folk av alle slag skal kunne utvikle sine skapende og utøvende evner. Kulturhuset med kirka skal fungere som en verdig møteplass for byens og regionens innbyggere. I tillegg vil hotellet huse tilreisende og bidra til å vitalisere anlegget og stedet ytterligere.
Arkitekturen skal utstråle byggets moderne funksjon og samtidspuls til en hver tid. Samtidig er prosjektet forankret og inspirert i stedets historie og kultur. Stjørdal Kulturhus blir en mangfoldig plattform for et bredt kulturbegrep; kunst, dans, media og musikk og bygningen skal være inviterende og inkluderende for alle. Prosjektet i seg selv skal bli en stedegen attraksjon. Stjørdal Kulturhus skal være et inspirerende sted som tilbyr opplevelser og gir mulighet for egen utfoldelse og utvikling. De som besøker og bruker stedet skal få en rik steds-, kultur- og arkitekturopplevelse.
