Within the development of the E9-E10 block on the Malepère district with GGR architectes, construction of 237 housing units, whose 83 of which were designed by Bien Urbain. Varied typologies, from studio to T5, in the form of intermediate and collective habitat. The construction of these houses is developed around the idea of a faubourg where forms and types offer a diversity of ways of living.
