The transformation of the «Tulltorja» brick factory in Prishtina into an recycling center combines innovative recycling processes with urban revitalization. Waste materials and forgotten objects will be collected from the city, cleaned, and reintroduced into the social cycle. This project not only aims to repurpose materials but also to raise public awareness for environmentally friendly and alternative practices. It offers people the chance to actively engage in this change by learning about and supporting recycling processes firsthand. The chosen site, the brick factory, is currently a neglected and underutilized area within the urban context. Through the proposed repurposing, this centrally located space will become a vibrant and dynamic hub, serving both economic and social functions for the city.
