The level of quality of housing is determined by various spaces that meet the needs of residents.

Places for work, communication, meetings, additional storage space, all this makes it possible to create not just housing, but a complex system for people with different interests and needs. In our project, we tried to take into account these and many other needs of potential residents, which made our housing less compact, but improved the quality of the residential environment.

The projected site along the edge is limited to residential development from west, south and east, and the level of the inner courtyard is elevated, which makes it possible to visually make the yard cozy and private. In the first level there are various services and parking for residents. The courtyard is divided into four zones: sports grounds, playgrounds, spaces for public events such ad a meeting of tenants or a children’s tree and a rest area with the possibility of creating sites for use by different communities.
