The Rituals of Eating is a competition proposal for the 2023 Concentrico Festival conceived by Paolo Catrambone, Alice Bidorini and Beatrice Zago. The project aims to create a Vineyards chamber providing a new place to relax, enjoy nature, tasting wines and sharing common meals. For us Architecture is about living together and this chamber built by a simple wooden structure ,inspired by Bruce Nauman work, represent a prototype of a new idea of what a kitchen should be in our time overcoming the usual unequal conception of it.

The temporary kitchen allows everyone to enjoy and share a moment of conviviality in front of the amazing landscape framed by the wooden chamber. A fundamental element of the project is the integration of a solar tower where a photovoltaic panel provides energy for both the kitchen and the night lighting : a playful red baloon underline the presence of the new structure making it visible from distance while walking through the vineyards.
