Arcostraße in Berlin-Charlottenburg is located at the Spree. The site is marked by a great mix of sport, carpentries and cafés, which shall be preserved throughout the development. We propose loft typologies to maximize the potential of the site. Lofts are adaptable structures: large windows, open spaces allowing to be reconfigured over time. Construction and utilities are condensed to an inner core leaving remaining floor space open for interpretation and redefinition. In lofts personal engagement and feeling of freedom go hand in hand – just like in Berlin!
