When the town of malmö grows, some spaces seems to get left behind. Forgotten and after a while converted in to big parking lots to fill the new cities demand for parking space. These spaces often become lifeless and distant to the living city.

How could we change this? How can we fill these areas with life and activity and turn them into a place people rather visit then stay away from?
