The project is a thin horizontal concrete blade supported by solid sensitive concrete wall, and that’s all. The program is a the Basel Pavilion of Culture will act as information point for ‘art tourists’, where they will be able to find out about what’s on offer and organise their visits accordingly. They will also be able to buy multiple passes to the venues amongst other services designed to streamline their experience.
