The new district court is building, landscape and outdoor space at the same time. The open terrace creates a representative address for the court and a public meeting place for the neighborhood. The volumetric division into base and building structure reflects the functional requirements for security and operation. The volume of the compact building is integrated into the small-scale morphology of the neighborhood.
