The aim of the project is to maximize the public space and blend people into the building. So the strong relation between public and building can create an awareness of sport activities. the design obtains strong connectivity to its surrounding which can support the idea of publicity.

Another aspect of the project is the green courtyard which is at the hearth of the scheme. Pool and the fitness hall, two major functions of the building are directed to the green courtyard so the visitors can enjoy the green view.
