For this mixed housing complex, we propose a reinterpretation of the typologies of the old factories, workshops and other industrial buildings. This modular writing logic makes it possible to integrate all the singularities of the program into a coherent and global whole. This constructive logic is also an approach which anticipates the future evolutions of the projects which will be all the easier to carry out as the structural frame offers all the flexibilities of the free plan.

Here, the space occupied by motor vehicles is already designed to be replaced by housing or activity without the slightest modification of the structural work other than the deconstruction of the vehicle ramp.
