At the gates of Valence, in the heart of the rapidly developing lower town, the site dedicated to the operation is remarkably well located along the main traffic arteries and just a stone’s throw from the historic center of Valence. The site is highly visible and offers a beautiful panorama of the old town, the hills of Saint-Péray and the Château de Clussol, and more broadly, the Rhone Valley.

It was therefore natural for the city of Valence to choose this location for a unique and unifying program based on a universal theme: gastronomy. This is the basis for the project we are proposing: an alliance between the land, history and the territory. A project anchored in its values and which translates its ambition into a meaningful building: an exemplary showcase and representative of the territory.
