The counseling center will be prominently positioned opposite to the basilica church. The building is structured by projections and recesses and is scaled into the surrounding buildings. The height of the building increases from 2 to 2 1/2 storeys towards the basilica. The staggered floor takes up the alignment of the basilica and the forum and opens up with the roof terrace to the imposing church.
