Among other aspects, the strategy that organizes the plan in the shape of a star with porches on the perimeter thatact as transitional spaces with the forest has been very positively evaluated. Consideration has also been given to theuse of passive sustainability methods, as well as recyclable materials and consistency and simplicity in theconstruction system.
