The design of the new Student House addresses the issue of expanding the educational offer of the Institute by creating a space that is flexible and permeable. The insertion of a metal structure – independent from the existing walls – creates a neutral matrix that can be adapted based on different needs and student necessity. The intervention consists of two types of spaces: a public one, which is permeable, on the ground floor, and a more private and intimate one, reserved to students, located on the upper floors of the building.
