The project sits in the historical center of Bucharest, filled with a collage of architecture. Our proposal consists of a base (a block) that is perforated, creating two inner courtyards, and stacked elements that either fill the blind walls or create an accent (the tower; the auditorium). Together they form a whole through the facade inspired by the primitive trilitic structures. The new ensemble is both a extroverted panoramic space and a introverted serene space.
