Fredericia C is a new city district in the former industrial harbourfront of Fredericia. The city holds truly unique qualities in terms of the city heritage as well as the very unique setting. To activate, integrate and use those historical assets in the future development of the city is to us an outstanding opportunity and not an obligation. With this proposal, in the spatial framework proposed as well as market strategies and the strategies to involve and engage future users, we strive to make in FredericiaC a new offering of a dense urban community where work, leisure and living goes hand in hand with the creation of a vibrant city culture and city life, which in the end become a key value of the place and a driver of the development.

Madhuset and Prinsessegade

Madhuset consists of an indoor food market distributing local food, food production and on the first floor, food serving, learning facilities and even a community kitchen and outdoor facilities for growing food, cooking, barbequing, consuming food and beverages
