The proposal aims to bridge the rural world’s traditions with knowledge, education, art, and innovation, using culture as the metaphorical cultivation of the soul. The proposed program incorporates elements to enhance functionality. The educational program, designed for school visits, includes a building tour that connects various spaces: an exhibition hall, a workshop in the multipurpose room, and learning activities in the rooftop gardens.

Our strategy focuses on leveraging existing resources through a few transformative actions, ensuring operational efficiency and imparting character and quality to the intervention. By introducing new layers of furniture, materiality, and vegetation, we aim to reinforce the values of the existing building while giving it a fresh identity. Features such as open spaces, natural light, a viewing terrace, and visual connections with the surroundings contribute to a cohesive intervention, despite the varied programmatic elements.
