Designed for housing at controlled costs, the proposal takes on a stance that is both analytical and creative, seeking to take advantage of the existing circumstances to make the City, creating a dynamic and integrated urban front like the surroundings. In each project there is an opportunity to think about a better future. When the project seeks to meet an urgent need for housing, there is an opportunity we cannot miss. Given an extensive program, high standards and the urban, social and economic circumstances that surround us, the proposal focuses on the harmonious balance between function and form, place and community. This analytical investigation enriches the proposal, however, it is always the experience and memory of the Houses that were ours, that we return to think about their future. These gestures and premises result in a set of 24 apartments distributed over 5+1 floors intended for housing of different types (4 T1, 12 T2 and 8 T3), articulated on two or more fronts in order to guarantee a varied sun exposure throughout daylight, transversal ventilation and a democratic relationship with the landscape.
