Ljubljana's Cultural Center is a proposal by Fala for Fakulteta za Arhitekturo v Ljubljani and Seminar Kobe in 2010. It is located in Ljubljana Slovenia in a riverside and urban setting. Its scale is medium. Key material is concrete. Concepts such as randomness monolith and cells are explored.

It was proposed the design of a cultural program in a transition zone between the historic center of ljubljana and an uncharacteristic residential area, south of the city. The program, composed of several units, spoke of parts which formed a whole. Going to the cafe, museum, or a conference, should be possible without disturbing the rest of the programs. The circulation spaces, halls and corridors, were defined as public spaces. Doors would separate the grass from each program, which would inhabit a volume, a cube, a unit of the composition. Outside would be a maze where each person would get lost and found. The interior, white and regular, contrasts with the exterior, rough and expressive. The abstract side of each cube would lead it to be what he wanted: the dynamism of the place would be a choreography of intuitions as in the city of zoe, reported by calvino: ‘everywhere in this city we could sleep, manufacture harnesses, cook, accumulate gold coins, disrobe, reign, sell, ask oracles.’ Each window would be a cluttered view of the surrounding bodies. Remains the hope that the spaces would be suitable to a constant metabolism; it was left a place for what is to come.
