O Moinho – The Mill House was designed with the Fussen family for their holiday ocassions that over time could be converted into a rural accommodation in that area. Its out-of-town location allows you to get closer to nature as well as mental and spiritual relaxation with your surroundings. The houses were redesigned according to the premise of rehabilitating pre-existing structures on the site, in addition to the mill. Thus the architectural solution obtained results from a reflection on the existing and reuse of the structures to first: maintain the dignity of what you still have; a thoughtful project in an efficient and rational manner; offer a unique space and distinct reality with unique atmospheres and ambiences and characteristics of the place.
