The new high quality housing project will offer innovative urban apartments that will contribute to densify Oslo. It’s located in a residential area with buildings from the eighteen century. The housing complex consists of three blocks of increasing height from four to six stories. The two smaller blocks towards the north have the same footprint and a principle of four apartments per floor. The southernmost building has a more complex arrangements of six to eight apartments per floor with a range of sizes. The lower floors has multiple smaller units, while larger apartments are placed in the upper floors.
