«Ombra Riu i Conviu» proposes to reveal the public, ecological and inclusive nature of the Turia river in order to use its vegetation as an instrument for transforming the urban landscape. In continuity with the neighboring districts, the new itineraries become cultural paths where water phytoremediation systems help to shape the landscape.

A landscape of riverside forests and beaches will guarantee cool and rich vegetation spaces in order to combat the effects of climate change. The strength of the project lies in the clarity with which the park forms an urban mesh with Nazaret district. On the one hand, the perimeter, sensitive to its surroundings, opens up the park to the neighborhood, while on the other it protects it from the traffic and noise of the port.

The project is planned in continuity with the Mediterranean landscape. A landscape, with winding paths and clearings that appear spontaneously to accommodate the uses defined in citizen consultation.
