65m2 two-story apartment. A duplex renovation in the heart of Ruzafa, historical center of Valencia. The project revolves around a spiral staircase and a wooden panel covered wall which hides the private areas and relates the two heights. The conscious and austere selection of the materials responds to the customers request of a silent and calm living.
