Santa Claus House is placed in the heart of the forest…and is warm, welcoming, environmentally. This project is developped around this idea: Living surrounded by trees, in close connection with nature. The structure follows the shape of the site, a frame is created and logistic buildings are slipped under the trees. In the center of this forest, a glade hosts Santa House (offices, reception, restaurant).

The whole project becomes a flexible structure at the boundary between nature and architecture. It can grow along weft and needs. This building is a signal by its shape, an imprint in the landscape and the spirit. Discrete and in harmony with nature, Santa Claus Logistic Center follows the idea of his house in Lapland…
