How do we make an intervention in a place like this?
That is the question we asked when we accepted the challenge.
Looking for an obvious answer was not an easy task.
So we decided to think about the idea of the gas station, a building that we do not usually pay attention to.
Which element do we usually find there?
The ‘roof’ came to our mind inmediately.
These powerful horizontal lines define the space making a huge impact in its surroundings.
This was the kind of solution that we wanted for our new space, simple and strong; giving the intervention a unitary meaning.
