Taivallahti campus Residential building is a proposal by Cino Zucchi designed in 2006. It is located in Helsinki Finland in an urban setting. Its scale is medium. Key materials are concrete and glass. Concepts such as linear block and balcony are explored.

The project represents the proposal of a housing development of a long and narrow plot inside a public-owned block close to the center of the city. A single building body interprets the conditions of the site inflecting in plan and height in correspondence with the entrance and the view over the sea. The west front breaks down in a series of terraces and glazed verandas which overlook the common garden and swimming pool.
