Cultural and community center in Tittling is a proposal by MOZIA Monari + Zitelli Architekten for Markt Tittling designed in 2024. It is located in Tittling Germany in an old town setting. Its scale is medium with a surface of 1.300 sqm an estimated budget of 6.000.000 € and a ratio of 4.615 €/sqm. Grauwald Studio collaborated as visualizer. Concepts such as extension party wall rural sloped roof and plaza are explored.

The new cultural center presents itself as a central core and connecting element between the existing market square and the new town square in front of the town hall. By reducing the volume of the old building at Marktplatz 6, the visual connection between the market square and the town hall is re-established. The new community center is three stories high and has a top floor that is oriented to the height of the neighboring building, thus reducing the volume of the demolished building. The building at Marktplatz 8, on the other hand, will be renovated and freed from internal subdivisions, while retaining its volume. Its new function is to house the event space on the first floor, which opens up into a unique and generous space consisting of several floors. The roof remains intact, but is stabilized by an additional structure. The foyer and the exhibition area can be accessed via the main entrance to the east, where the store and the café entrance are also located. The angular section of the building allows the creation of a third square in front of the café, where people can sit further away and sheltered from the street.
