The proposal provides a safe environment for young people at risk of social exclusion. The building settles on the edge of the site and generates a protected South-West facing courtyard.

The galerĂa, a greenhouse that resembles the traditional Galician glass covered balconies, bonds the different volumes and provides continuity of flows.

The layout concentrates services, vertical circulations and storage along the perimeter allowing more flexibility of uses.

The structural simplicity, the use of low-tech traditional construction methods and the reduced material palette bring sustainability onto the project.
