The new kindergarten building should reflect the idea of how to use a plot of land with a distinct terrain as efficiently and cleverly as possible – creating a new modern innovative space that enhances and reveals new environmental qualities.

The project solutions actively use the existing terrain situation, allowing to create visually small, gradually growing volumes on the street front, which do not compete with existing mansions. On the south side, the building opens at full height, reaching 2 floors, thus gaining maximum effect from sunlight and heat.
