The intervention recovers the seaside including the ancient salt factory as access to the Sea&Salt Museum, where six pyramidal voids with skylights in the inner spaces appear as mountains of salt in the upper gardens recalling former in Torrevieja’s landscape. The maritime edge is organized as the sum of localized interventions that integrate existing buildings which are transformed. The promenade ends in an open-air amphitheater for the Habaneras Contest and for contemplation of the sea as a new urban space.
