A large urban space in the city center, which today lacks quality, is redeveloped with a cutting-edge project from an environmental, social and technological point of view. The new large translucent roof houses an urban forest beneath it, the public transport hub with bus stops and the new tram line, and the large square for events. In the basement there is a large car park for two-wheeled vehicles. The concept of “urban plateau” allows the paving of the city center to be integrated, benefiting pedestrian use of the entire open space.
